About the role

The Department of Management and Marketing seeks a tenure‑track Assistant Professor to join its faculty in Fall 2027. The position focuses on Organizational Behavior and Managerial Skills, contributing to undergraduate and graduate education, research, and service.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in organizational behavior, leadership, and related topics.
• Develop and revise curriculum to reflect current research and industry practice.
• Conduct scholarly research, publish in peer‑reviewed journals, and seek external funding.
• Advise and mentor students, supervise theses and projects.
• Participate in departmental, college, and university committees.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Management, Organizational Behavior, or a closely related field.
• Evidence of a strong research agenda and potential for high‑quality publications.
• Demonstrated teaching effectiveness or potential at the university level.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in teaching, research, and service.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of organizational behavior theories and managerial practices.
• Proficiency in quantitative research methods and statistical analysis.
