About the role
The Division of Geriatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine seeks multiple Assistant Professors on the non‑tenure academic clinician track. This faculty position combines high‑quality teaching with direct patient care in geriatric medicine.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver 100 teaching credits per year, training medical students, residents, and fellows.
- Provide ambulatory geriatric care in office, home, and nursing‑home settings.
- Manage inpatient and sub‑acute rehabilitation services for older adults.
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and scholarly activities.
Required profile
- MD or equivalent degree.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM) and eligibility or certification in Geriatric Medicine.
- Commitment to excellence in clinical teaching and patient care.
