Assistant, Production Management – UCAN Series

About the role
Netflix is looking for an experienced Assistant, Production Management to support the UCAN (USA, Canada) series. Reporting to the Director of Production Management in Los Angeles, you will help streamline communication, manage executive calendars, and coordinate production workflows from pre‑production through delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain heavy calendars for directors and team members, booking and confirming internal and external meetings.
- Build collaborative relationships with internal operations, technical teams, and production stakeholders to optimize workflows.
- Coordinate kickoff and ongoing production meetings for internal teams and external partners.
- Take detailed live notes, circulate information, and track decisions and next steps.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, process expense reports, track visa requirements, and handle related administrative duties.
- Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing production materials.
- Maintain internal systems to track project status and champion the use of Netflix tools and databases.
Required profile
- BA/BS degree.
- 2‑3+ years of experience as an assistant or coordinator in the entertainment industry, preferably on a physical production desk.
- Strong sense of timing, ability to meet tight and changing deadlines.
- Team‑player with a positive attitude, capable of operating in a fast‑paced environment.
- Discreet handling of confidential information.
