About the role

The Archdiocese of Philadelphia seeks a dynamic leader to serve as Assistant Principal for Student Services at Lansdale Catholic High School. This 10‑month, full‑time position supports the school’s mission by fostering a safe, faith‑centered learning environment and driving enrollment initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Principal to integrate Catholic faith and culture throughout the school program.
• Provide visible leadership to students, staff, and families, promoting continuous school improvement.
• Oversee discipline and attendance programs, ensuring consistent policy application.
• Supervise the Counseling Office and Health Office, coordinating student support services.
• Prepare and manage the Student Services budget in partnership with the President and Principal.
• Coordinate student transportation with county school district providers.
• Identify and support students facing academic, social, or behavioral challenges.
• Ensure compliance with mandated reporting procedures for child and youth protection.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in educational administration or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated administrative, supervisory, or leadership experience in a school setting.
• Practicing Catholic, verified by parish pastor.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
