Assistant Planner – Sephora Account

About the role

The Assistant Planner supports the planning team in managing inventory, forecasting demand, and ensuring smooth product flow for the Sephora account within the beauty supply chain. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in inventory allocation, purchase order management, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Review and manage in‑stock positions for core and new SKUs at the store level to maintain healthy inventory.
• Oversee product allocations using analytical insights to support sales performance.
• Track purchase orders from creation to receipt, ensuring correct pricing, case packs, and delivery windows.
• Support replenishment planning by monitoring inventory levels throughout the season.
• Assist in analyzing new product launch performance and seasonality to adjust forecasts and receipts.
• Generate weekly reports on vendor fill rates, lead‑time accuracy, and sell‑through metrics.
• Liaise with internal and external partners, including Sephora and supply‑chain teams, to resolve PO discrepancies and ensure on‑time delivery.
