About the role

Our client is a leading home remodeling company dedicated to transforming houses into dream homes. They are expanding and seeking a dynamic, experienced Director of Field Marketing to lead field‑marketing initiatives, boost brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
• Lead and mentor a team of field marketing representatives, ensuring successful implementation of initiatives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead generation.
• Identify target markets and create tailored campaigns to engage potential customers.
• Plan and execute promotional events such as trade shows, home expos, and community outreach programs.
• Manage the field marketing budget to maximize ROI and track performance metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing with a focus on field marketing, preferably in home remodeling or construction.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful field marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate a team toward achieving goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and related software applications.
