Assistant Manager – Retail Store

About the role

Levi’s Outlet at Ellenton Premium Outlets is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store operations, drive sales, and uphold brand standards. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure a high‑performing team and an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Lead and coach the team on product knowledge, visual merchandising, loss‑prevention, and customer service.
• Develop and execute business strategies to meet or exceed sales targets across all product categories.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new associates, providing performance feedback and managing minor employee‑relation issues.
• Maintain compliance with Levi’s® store policies, payroll processes, and visual standards.
• Support the implementation of new technologies, policies, and programs within the store.

Required profile

• Strong business acumen with the ability to prioritize and budget in line with company objectives.
• Proven leadership skills and experience in training and developing retail teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to fostering an inclusive culture.
• Ability to manage operational results, including cash, payroll, and inventory.
