Assistant Manager – Pizza Restaurant

About the role

Domino's is looking for an energetic Assistant Manager to lead daily operations at its Palestine, TX store. You will support the store manager, ensure smooth service, and uphold the brand’s standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all shift activities, including cost, inventory, and cash control.
• Manage a team of 3 to 30 employees, scheduling and directing staff as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and handling payments.
• Maintain food preparation standards, portion sizes, and baking procedures.
• Ensure the restaurant is clean and presentable from front to back.
• Uphold Domino's grooming and appearance standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude with strong motivational skills.
• Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
• Ability to multitask, make sound judgments, and handle cash accurately.
