About the role

Domino's is looking for an Assistant Manager to support daily operations at its Palestine, TX location. You will work closely with the store manager to ensure smooth workflow, high-quality service, and a motivated team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations and workflow to keep the department running efficiently.
• Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures that improve efficiency.
• Supervise, mentor, and provide feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives and maintain effective communication.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to aid decision‑making.
• Assist in budget planning and resource allocation.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulations.
• Step in for the manager when absent, making decisions and representing the department.

Required profile
