Assistant Manager – Palestine, TX

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to support the management team at our Domino’s location in Palestine, Texas. You will help oversee daily operations, develop staff, and ensure our customers receive high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations and workflow to keep the department running smoothly.
• Support the creation and implementation of policies and procedures that improve efficiency.
• Supervise, mentor and provide feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet company objectives and maintain clear communication.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to aid decision‑making.
• Participate in budget planning and resource allocation.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Take part in hiring, training and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards and regulations.
• Step in for the manager when absent, making decisions and representing the department.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Solid organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, multitask and prioritize.
