Assistant Manager – Marina & Cottage Operations

About the role

RLC is looking for a highly motivated Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of its marina and cottage accommodations. This hands‑on leader will help ensure smooth, safe, and guest‑focused service across both facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day activities at the marina and cottage sites, including check‑ins, check‑outs, and reservations.
• Supervise and coordinate diverse teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient task execution.
• Maintain facilities, equipment, and safety standards to provide a high‑quality guest experience.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold service excellence.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and budgeting aspects related to operations.
• Support the senior manager with reporting, scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, hands‑on attitude.
• Experience in hospitality, facilities, or marina management is preferred.
