Assistant Manager

About the role

Domino's is looking for an Assistant Manager to support daily operations at its Palestine, TX location. You will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth restaurant performance, develop staff, and uphold the company’s standards of quality and service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations and workflow to keep the department running efficiently.
• Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures that improve efficiency.
• Supervise, mentor, and provide feedback to team members to enhance performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives and maintain effective communication.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to aid decision‑making.
• Assist in budget planning and resource allocation.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues as needed.
• Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluation processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations.
• Step in for the manager during their absence, making decisions and representing the department.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
