About the role
The Assistant Manager will support the store’s success in the Greater Pittsburgh Region by leading a team to deliver exceptional client experiences and operational excellence. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with store leadership to meet business goals and uphold Sephora’s values.
Key responsibilities
- Motivate and mentor team members to achieve performance targets.
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory, scheduling, and adherence to standards.
- Support sales growth through strategic initiatives and client‑focused actions.
- Collaborate with store leadership to align every client interaction with Sephora’s vision.
Required profile
- Experience in team leadership, staff management, and mentorship.
- Operational skills such as inventory management, scheduling, and executing store procedures.
- Passion for customer service and ability to create exceptional in‑store experiences.
- Knowledge of beauty industry trends and product expertise.
- Problem‑solving abilities, adaptability, and commitment to sales and operational goals.
- Proficiency with retail technology, including point‑of‑sale systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Previous retail or beauty industry experience strongly preferred.
