Assistant Manager – Internal Communications

About the role

Cartier North America is seeking an Assistant Manager of Internal Communications to develop, implement and manage a comprehensive internal communications strategy for its 1,000+ employees across the United States and Canada. The role will create editorial content for internal channels and drive employee engagement initiatives, ensuring staff stay informed, inspired and connected to the brand’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation and management of an internal communications strategy for North America employees.
• Manage core internal channels (Cartier Connect, VivaEngage, Video Platform, Digest) and employee programming such as Commercial Hour, Townhalls, People Perspective and Cartier Voices.
• Develop messaging and talking points for C‑suite executives on commercial priorities, people programs and Maison moments.
• Handle all employee organizational announcements and crisis communications.
• Organise the internal communications editorial calendar, establish metrics and create tools to improve effectiveness.
• Manage logistics and execution of projects including employee engagement, internal branding, video production and leadership events.

Required profile

• 3+ years of relevant experience (preferred).
• Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Event‑management experience.
• Strong analytical and visualization abilities for presentations and reports.
• Entrepreneurial, resource‑ful and comfortable working independently in a small team.
• Professional maturity in interfacing with executives and handling confidential information.
• Active interest in the luxury industry and its competitive landscape.
