Assistant Maintenance Supervisor – Residential Property

About the role
The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor supports the upkeep of a large residential community, ensuring that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose the source of defects or problems and make repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartments for new lease‑ups and move‑ins.
- Follow a Monday‑Friday schedule with a rotating on‑call rotation as needed.
