Assistant Graphic Designer – Pink

About the role

The Assistant Graphic Designer will join the Pink graphics team at Victoria’s Secret & Co, supporting the creation of product graphics across all categories. Working closely with the Graphics Manager and cross‑functional partners, you’ll help bring seasonal concepts to life and ensure brand‑consistent visual execution.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Graphics Manager and team in developing commercial designs aligned with business strategy.
• Create seasonal graphics and illustrations from concept through execution for all product categories and special launches.
• Research and apply innovative graphic techniques during early seasonal development.
• Utilize seasonal colour palettes to guide cross‑functional partners on colour direction.
• Assist the Print team by preparing assets for prints and patterns.
• Maintain organized seasonal graphic files and prepare presentations for concepts and projects.
• Collaborate with Design, Print Stylists, and Graphic Technologist teams to ready graphics for production.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, illustration or equivalent experience.
• Strong typography and illustration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent verbal and digital communication skills.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud for Mac OS – Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
• Procreate (preferred).
• Clo (preferred).
