Assistant Grand Vendeur – Miami Design District

About the role

The Assistant Grand Vendeur supports the Grand Vendeur in delivering exceptional service to Dior’s high‑net‑worth clientele in Miami Design District. You will act as a trusted liaison, ensuring seamless client interactions and smooth sales operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments and client communications for the Grand Vendeur.
• Process sales transactions and manage after‑sales service on behalf of the Grand Vendeur.
• Facilitate communication between clients, boutique management, and the wider Dior network.
• Prioritize and oversee deliveries, shipments, and gift‑preparation for client birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions.
• Maintain accurate client profiles in the Dior Star CRM platform and manage sales activity through the same system.
• Execute miscellaneous administrative and housekeeping tasks as needed.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Strong sense of urgency and excellent communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ownership of client information.
• Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and think creatively when solving client issues.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Dior Star CRM (or comparable CRM systems).
