Assistant General Manager - Taco Bell, Globe, AZ

About the role

Taco Bell is looking for an Assistant General Manager for its restaurant in Globe, Arizona. The role supports the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards and leading the team, stepping in to run daily operations when the GM is absent. It is a 50-hour week.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by modeling the MIC Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs
• Oversee team members' adherence to Shift Excellence responsibilities, maintain high food safety standards and uphold core excellence
• Take charge of restaurant operations in the GM's absence and make key decisions
• Collaborate with the GM on team performance, give constructive feedback and handle employee relations issues, escalating when needed
• Assist with sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and hiring team members, promoting equity, inclusion and belonging
• Help manage profit and loss, including cash control, security procedures, inventory maintenance and labor management, and review financial reports
• Support the GM with facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are followed

Required profile

• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• Strong communication skills for performance appraisals, disciplinary action and training
• Ability to follow corporate policies, procedures and occupational health and food safety standards

• Base pay of $40,000 to $58,000 annually, depending on location, experience and qualifications
