About the role

Join Eden Resort & Suites as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager and help lead a vibrant team across multiple dining venues, including Arthur's Terrace and the Encore Lounge. You will play a key part in delivering memorable guest experiences while supporting the overall financial performance of the outlet.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring service standards are met.
• Drive revenue growth through menu planning, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and maximize profitability.
• Coach, train, and develop front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff to maintain a high‑performing team.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food and beverage operations within a hotel or resort environment.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to analyze financial data and implement profit‑enhancing actions.
