About the role
The State of Georgia seeks an experienced psychologist to lead its Forensic Services division. This senior position combines clinical expertise with strategic management to ensure high‑quality health services for the public.
Key responsibilities
- Direct planning, organization, and coordination of forensic health services.
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures for service delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance and outcomes.
- Lead and supervise subordinate managers and staff.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in health‑care services or a related field from an accredited institution.
- At least four years of professional managerial or supervisory experience in health‑care services, or two years in a comparable state‑level position.
- Relevant certification or licensure as required for psychologist practice.
