Assistant Director, MBA Admissions Marketing & Operations

About the role

The Assistant Director, MBA Admissions Marketing & Operations supports the McDonough School of Business in recruiting, yielding, and enrolling full‑time, part‑time, and online MBA candidates. This position bridges operations and marketing communications, overseeing the full applicant lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy email communications, manage audience segmentation, and track performance metrics.
• Administer the Marketo marketing automation platform and support onboarding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Produce and manage content for the MBA Admissions blog, video assets, and organic channels.
• Execute marketing analytics reporting, lead scoring, and data‑driven strategy.
• Represent the school at global recruitment events and webinars, review applications, interview candidates, and act as an Admissions Advisor.
• Collaborate with the Associate Dean of MBA Admissions and the Assistant Dean of MBA Operations on special projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years of experience in a corporate or university setting.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with marketing technology and data analytics.
