Assistant Construction Superintendent

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Construction Superintendent to support high‑value interior construction projects across New York City. This role offers a clear pathway to full superintendent responsibilities, allowing you to gain hands‑on experience on complex, multi‑million‑dollar projects while working alongside seasoned industry leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent in daily site supervision and coordination of interior construction activities.
• Ensure project schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Facilitate communication among trades, subcontractors, and design teams.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports, submittals, and documentation using Procore and Bluebeam.
• Support safety compliance and site inspections.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in construction or a recent graduate with relevant internship experience.
• Strong desire to develop a career as a construction superintendent.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam and BIM technology.
