Assistant Community Manager – The Reflection at Montgomery Ridge

About the role

Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager at The Reflection at Montgomery Ridge. The role focuses on the financial and operational aspects of the community, ensuring accurate accounting, timely rent collection, and smooth vendor interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and post rent, fees, and other payments; prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile accounts.
• Process invoices, code charges to the appropriate Chart of Accounts, and obtain Community Manager approval.
• Operate Yardi/OneSite property management software, entering data accurately and maintaining system integrity.
• Review resident files for unpaid balances, communicate with residents, and enforce lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Assist with eviction procedures, including notice requirements and court representation.
• Handle resident move‑out processes, applying appropriate fees and managing deposit refunds.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established financial procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently while supporting the Community Manager.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
• Proficiency with OneSite property management software.
