Assistant Community Manager (Temporary)

About the role

The Floating Assistant Community Manager (ACM) supports on‑site Community Managers across multiple residential communities, ensuring residents receive a high‑quality experience and that property operations run smoothly. This temporary position requires rapid learning of each community’s unique characteristics, from unit mix to local market conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist daily operations of several properties, overseeing maintenance, vendor relationships, and service contracts while adhering to Greystar policies.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, handling inquiries, concerns, and coordinating community events to boost engagement.
• Support leasing activities by conducting tours, processing applications, and managing lease documentation.
• Aid financial processes such as rent collection, budget tracking, and expense management, collaborating with the accounting team for accurate reporting.
• Perform administrative duties including phone and email correspondence, record‑keeping, and preparation of reports or presentations.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and address maintenance or safety issues.
• Stay informed of compliance requirements and ensure properties meet all regulatory standards.

Required profile
