Assistant Community Manager – Stockwell

About the role

The Assistant Community Manager supports the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational performance of the Stockwell community. This full‑time position is based in Antioch, Tennessee and focuses on accurate accounting, rent collection, and financial reporting for a stabilized garden‑style property.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and post rent, fees, and other resident payments.
• Prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile bank accounts.
• Process invoices, execute payments, and manage vendor relationships.
• Complete month‑end close‑out procedures and generate financial reports.
• Maintain accurate records in the property management software, tracking all financial transactions.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the community.

Required profile

• Ability to perform daily financial transactions with high accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience in property‑management accounting or a related field is preferred.
