Assistant Community Manager – Solis Peachtree Corners

About the role

The Assistant Community Manager supports the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational performance of the Solis Peachtree Corners community. This full‑time position handles accounting, rent collection, invoicing, and reporting using property‑management software.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and post rent, fees, and other resident payments; prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile accounts.
• Generate monthly close‑out financial reports and process vendor invoices, ensuring proper coding to chart‑of‑accounts.
• Operate Yardi/OneSite software, entering data accurately and maintaining system integrity through updates and backups.
• Review resident files for delinquent balances, communicate with residents, and enforce lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Assist with eviction procedures, including notice compliance and representation in court hearings.
• Process resident move‑outs, coordinate final inspections, and handle related accounting tasks.

Required profile

• Experience with property‑management accounting or a related financial role.
• Ability to manage multiple daily transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing invoices, resident accounts, and lease documents.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi or OneSite property‑management software.
