Assistant Community Manager (Sevens)

About the role

The Assistant Community Manager will work closely with the Community Manager to oversee the financial and operational aspects of a growing residential community. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in property management, accounting, and tenant services.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in daily financial and operational tasks.
• Perform accounting and bookkeeping duties, including monthly close‑out and financial reporting.
• Process invoices, collect rent, fees, and other payments.
• Handle bank deposits, account reconciliations, and dispositions.
• Utilize property management software to record, track, and report all financial activities.
• Assist with lease‑up activities for a mid‑rise, 572‑unit community.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with relatable experience or prior shadowing of an Assistant Community Manager.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple financial tasks.
• Willingness to work a Tuesday‑to‑Saturday schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software for accounting and reporting.
