Assistant Community Manager – Ridge at Robinson

About the role

The Assistant Community Manager supports the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the Ridge at Robinson community. This role ensures accurate accounting, timely rent collection, and smooth processing of invoices and vendor payments.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and post rent, fees, and other resident payments.
• Prepare daily bank deposits, reconcile bank accounts, and complete month‑end close‑out reports.
• Enter and update transactions in the property management software (Yardi/OneSite) ensuring data integrity.
• Review resident files for unpaid or late fees, communicate with residents, and enforce lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Process vendor invoices, code charges to the appropriate Chart of Accounts, and obtain Community Manager approval.
• Assist with eviction procedures, including notice requirements and court representation when needed.
• Handle resident move‑out processes, applying appropriate deposit and lease cancellation fees.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple financial tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents, vendors, and internal teams.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and property management operations.
