Assistant Community Manager (Prado West)

About the role

Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of a stabilized 109‑unit community in Prado West. You will handle daily accounting tasks, rent collection, and use property management software to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and post rent, fees, and other payments; prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile accounts.
• Operate Yardi/OneSite software, entering transactions accurately and maintaining system integrity.
• Review resident files for unpaid balances, communicate with residents, and enforce lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Process vendor invoices, obtain approvals, code charges to the appropriate Chart of Accounts, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Prepare monthly close‑out reports and other financial statements as required.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of assistant community management experience.
• Familiarity with RealPage OneSite is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work Tuesday‑Saturday, 9 am‑6 pm, with flexibility for business needs.

Required skills

• Yardi or OneSite property management software.
• RealPage OneSite (preferred).
• Basic accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
