Assistant Community Manager – Palm Beach Preserve

About the role

Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of a stabilized garden‑style community of 228 units. This full‑time, onsite position involves daily accounting tasks, rent collection, vendor invoice processing, and resident communications.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and post rent, fees, and other payments; prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile accounts.
• Operate Greystar’s property management software (Yardi/OneSite) to record transactions, update records, and maintain data integrity.
• Review resident files for unpaid or late fees, communicate with residents, and enforce lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Process vendor invoices, obtain Community Manager approval, code charges to the appropriate Chart of Accounts, and coordinate with accounting and ownership.
• Follow established eviction procedures, represent the community in court hearings, and handle resident move‑out processes.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents, vendors, and internal teams.
• Comfort with handling confidential financial information.
