Assistant Community Manager – Napa Oaks

About the role

Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager at the Napa Oaks property. This position focuses on the financial and operational aspects of the community, ensuring accurate accounting, timely rent collection, and smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and post rent, fees, and other resident payments; prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile accounts.
• Process invoices, manage payables, and ensure proper coding to the Chart of Accounts.
• Operate Greystar’s property management software (Yardi/OneSite) to record transactions, generate reports, and maintain data integrity.
• Review resident files for delinquent balances, communicate with residents, and enforce lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Assist with eviction procedures, represent the community in court hearings when required, and handle resident move‑out processes.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple financial tasks accurately.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ability to follow established policies and procedures, especially regarding evictions and financial reporting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
• Proficiency with OneSite property management software.
