Assistant Community Manager for The Bella Property

About the role

The Assistant Community Manager will support the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of The Bella community. This position involves handling daily accounting tasks, processing payments, and ensuring accurate financial reporting using property management software.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and post rent, fees, and other payments; prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile accounts.
• Operate Yardi/OneSite software, entering data accurately and maintaining system integrity.
• Review resident files for unpaid balances, communicate with residents, and enforce lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Process vendor invoices, obtain approvals, code charges to the appropriate Chart of Accounts, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Follow established eviction procedures, represent the community in court hearings, and manage resident move‑out processes.
• Prepare monthly close‑out financial reports and assist with budgeting activities.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple financial tasks.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents, vendors, and internal teams.
• Experience in property management or real‑estate accounting preferred.
