Assistant Community Manager for Lexington Townhomes

About the role

This position supports the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of Lexington Townhomes. You will handle accounting, bookkeeping, rent collection, invoice processing, bank deposits, and financial reporting using property‑management software.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and post rent, fees, and other payments daily.
• Prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile bank accounts.
• Generate monthly close‑out and financial reports.
• Process vendor invoices, obtain approvals, and code charges to the appropriate chart of accounts.
• Manage delinquency, deposit accounting, and lease renewals.
• Operate Yardi/OneSite software, ensuring accurate data entry and system integrity.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of assistant community management experience.
• Familiarity with delinquency management, deposit accounting, and renewals.
• Multi‑site experience is a plus.
• Availability Tuesday‑Saturday, including weekends, 9 am‑6 pm.
• Eligibility for a 20% housing discount.
