Assistant Community Manager – Broadstone Frontera Ridge

About the role

Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager of Broadstone Frontera Ridge in Round Rock. The role focuses on the financial and operational side of the community, ensuring accurate accounting, timely rent collection, and smooth vendor interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and post rent, fees, and other resident payments; prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile accounts.
• Process invoices and payables, code charges to the appropriate Chart of Accounts, and obtain Community Manager approval.
• Operate Yardi/OneSite property management software, entering transactions and maintaining data integrity.
• Review resident files for unpaid or late fees, communicate balances, and enforce lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Assist with eviction procedures, including notice requirements and representation in court hearings.
• Handle resident move‑out processes, applying lease terms, deposit deductions, and cancellation fees.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented individual with strong organizational abilities.
• Effective communicator comfortable interacting with residents, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ability to follow established policies and procedures for financial operations and legal compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi or OneSite property management software.
• Fundamental accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.
• Experience performing bank reconciliations and preparing financial reports.
