Assistant Community Manager – Beaumont Grand

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to support the day‑to‑day operations of the Beaumont Grand Apartment Homes community. You will work closely with the Community Manager to ensure financial accuracy, resident satisfaction, and smooth property operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and post rent, fees, and other resident payments; prepare daily bank deposits.
• Process invoices, payables, and vendor payments; maintain accurate accounting records.
• Stay current on rent‑assistance policies from federal, state, and local agencies.
• Assist the leasing team with virtual and in‑person apartment tours.
• Review lease terms, handle resident move‑outs, and process dispositions according to legal requirements.
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
• Collaborate with on‑site office and marketing teams to organize safe, socially‑distanced resident events.
• Act as on‑site supervisor in the Community Manager’s absence.

Required profile

• Previous experience in community or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple financial and operational tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
