About the role

As an Asset & Wealth Management Tax Senior Manager at PwC, you will guide leading asset and wealth management firms through complex tax landscapes. You will ensure compliance, optimise tax positions and mitigate risk while delivering strategic advice to senior client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead tax compliance initiatives for asset and wealth management clients, ensuring adherence to evolving tax regulations.
• Review and analyse financial data to prepare and file accurate tax returns.
• Validate client compliance and develop strategic tax planning to minimise non‑compliance risk.
• Craft clear, holistic communications that translate technical tax concepts for clients and internal teams.
• Apply systems thinking to identify underlying issues in tax processes and propose improvements.
• Direct and coach diverse teams through complex situations, fostering inclusive performance.
• Uphold PwC’s professional and technical standards, including independence requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to provide ongoing strategic tax advice.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 6 years of relevant tax experience.
• Professional credential such as CPA, Bar membership, or other recognised tax/finance qualification.
• Demonstrated ability to lead senior‑level engagements and coach teams.

Required skills

• Advanced tax compliance and auditing expertise.
• Strategic questioning and problem‑solving in asset and wealth management contexts.
• Experience drafting and preparing complex tax documentation.
