About the role
Join Anova’s Global Production Team in Blair, Nebraska as an Assembler. You will work on the pick‑and‑pack and assembly of electromechanical devices in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble electromechanical devices using soldering and potting equipment.
- Pick, pack, and repack products according to daily orders.
- Maintain organized workstations and separate materials.
- Monitor product quality, report issues, and follow safety practices.
- Identify and suggest process improvements.
- Attend regularly, be punctual, and work overtime when required.
Required profile
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Good hand‑eye coordination and dexterity.
- Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Required skills
- Soldering equipment operation.
- Potting equipment operation.
- Proficiency with basic hand tools.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
