Assembler II – GPHE/REF (1st Shift)

Key responsibilities

• Receive daily work assignments from the Team Leader/Team Manager and execute production using Standard Operating Procedures and blueprints.
• Report any deviations (Safety, Quality, Parts, Equipment, etc.) to Status Boards and update the Team Leader/Team Manager.
• Participate in Daily Status Board Meetings, explain deviations and propose solutions.
• Review and suggest improvements for SOPs and drive Kaizen improvements.
• Engage in daily and weekly 5S routines to maintain high standards.

Required profile

• High School diploma or GED minimum.
• Crane and forklift certifications (preferred).
• Some experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Ability to read drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing orders.
• Basic computer skills.

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Read Safety Data Sheets for aerosols, coolants, etc.
• Work with hazardous materials in a manufacturing environment.
