Assembler II – 3rd Shift

About the role

As an integral member of Alfa Laval’s manufacturing team, you will contribute to the production of high‑quality components on the 3rd shift. The role focuses on assembling parts, ensuring quality, and maintaining accurate production records while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct assembly and value‑adding of parts.
• Monitor output quality, discarding or re‑manufacturing faulty products.
• Secure accurate daily assembly production records.
• Execute production work according to ALPS standards and participate in continuous improvements.

Required profile

• High School diploma or GED with relevant experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read drawings, blueprints and manufacturing orders.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lb, climb, stand and use equipment.

Required skills

• Forklift certification (preferred).
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Intermediate proficiency with computer applications.
