Assembler – 2nd Shift Production Role

About the role

The Assembler is responsible for setting up and operating a machine to assemble and process individual products on the 2nd shift. You will work under closed supervision, handling small, delicate parts with high accuracy while following documented processes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle small, delicate parts with a high degree of accuracy.
• Perform electro‑mechanical assembly operations using hand tools, soldering equipment and machinery.
• Follow sequence‑of‑operations methods to ensure controlled processes.
• Document daily production metrics accurately.
• Participate in improvement projects as a team member.
• Demonstrate Philips Behaviors, treat all team members with respect, and value feedback.

Required profile

• Good hand‑eye coordination and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma, vocational training or equivalent.
• Ability to meet physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
• US work authorization; no sponsorship required.
• Reside in or within commuting distance to Reedsville, PA.
