The Administrative Assistant – Sales & Food Service supports the Sales and Food Service management team at Hyatt Regency Bellevue. The role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast‑paced hospitality environment and is ready to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to Sales and Food Service managers, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
• Maintain and update internal databases and reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Assist with the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and service agreements.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications between departments.
• Handle guest and internal inquiries with a focus on excellent customer service and problem resolution.
