About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Advisor to join our automotive team. You will provide exceptional customer service, guide buyers through the selection process, and help them find the right vehicle – whether combustion‑engine or electric.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized advice to customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable vehicles.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of both combustion and electric vehicle models, specifications, benefits, and financing options.
• Manage leads from websites, social media, events, and other sources, ensuring timely follow‑up and conversion.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features and advantages.
• Negotiate pricing and terms, close sales, and achieve established sales targets.
• Record and update client interactions and lead status accurately using CRM tools.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the automotive industry.

Required profile

• Previous experience selling used vehicles and conducting appraisals.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and proven usage.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales goals.
• Passion for the automotive sector and interest in electric vehicles.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and events.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
