About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Advisor to join our leading cosmetics company. The role focuses on driving sales of mass‑consumer, personal care and beauty products through beauty supply distributors and other channels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new market opportunities for cosmetics, personal care and hair care products.
• Manage relationships with beauty supply distributors and other key accounts.
• Achieve sales targets for assigned product lines.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to retailers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of proven sales experience in fast‑moving consumer goods, especially in beauty, personal care or hair care.
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Passion for exploring new markets and growing professionally in the beauty sector.
