Army Administrative Security Support Specialist – Pentagon

About the role

Arcetyp LLC is seeking an Army Administrative Security Support Specialist to work onsite at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. The role supports security administration for Army and DoD operations, ensuring compliance with physical, personnel, and information security policies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with Special Security Office (SSO) to manage classified materials and maintain policy compliance.
• Implement and monitor OPSEC measures, physical access controls, and restricted access protocols within a secure government facility.
• Conduct pre‑travel briefings and post‑travel debriefings in line with DoW and Army foreign travel policies.
• Maintain accurate records of security administration activities and support audit processes.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship with an active Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of security administration experience in a DoD or federal environment.
• Familiarity with Army and DoD physical, personnel, and information security policies.
• Proven ability to work with Special Security Office offices and manage classified information.
