Army Administrative Security Support Specialist – Pentagon

About the role

Arcetyp LLC is seeking an experienced Army Administrative Security Support Specialist to work onsite at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. The role focuses on managing classified materials, coordinating with Special Security Offices, and ensuring compliance with DoD security policies.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee classified documentation and physical security assets.
• Coordinate with Special Security Office (SSO) personnel for clearance and access requests.
• Implement and monitor OPSEC measures and physical access controls within a secure government facility.
• Conduct pre‑travel briefings and post‑travel debriefings in line with DoW and Army foreign travel policies.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with Army and DoD security regulations.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship with an active SECRET security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of security administration experience in a DoD or federal environment.
• Strong familiarity with Army and DoD physical, personnel, and information security policies.
• Proven ability to manage classified materials and work with SSO offices.

Required skills

• Knowledge of OPSEC and physical access control protocols.
• Understanding of DoW and Army foreign travel policy requirements.
