Area Supervisor – Retail Store Leadership

About the role

The Area Supervisor is a key member of the store leadership team, responsible for overseeing a designated area of the store and acting as Manager on Duty when needed. You will ensure a safe, welcoming environment for customers and associates while driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the store, managing all related procedures.
• Supervise and coach associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and proper merchandise presentation.
• Ensure safety and security of the building, including entrance control, EAS devices, cash office, and emergency exits.
• Respond to safety incidents, report hazards, and conduct fire alarm tests.
• Execute company operational processes and support inventory and loss‑prevention initiatives.

• Professional, courteous demeanor with customers, associates, and leadership.
• Ability to recognize and motivate team members through company programs.
• Flexibility to act as Manager on Duty and make quick decisions.
