Area Sales Manager - Colorado

About the role

The Area Sales Manager will represent Robert Bosch Tool Corporation in Colorado, driving sales of power‑tool brands such as Bosch®, Dremel® and Rotozip®. You will work directly on job sites and with distributors to grow new business and strengthen existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Visit contractors and end‑users on‑site to understand their tool needs and position Bosch solutions.
• Collaborate with distribution partners and outside sales reps to launch new products and achieve annual new‑business targets.
• Plan and execute local events at dealer locations, job sites and trade unions to increase brand visibility.
• Maintain daily activity in the CRM system to track leads, opportunities and sales performance.
• Manage territory budget and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales objectives for the assigned accounts.

Required profile

• Proven experience working in field sales, preferably within the power‑tools or construction sector.
• Ability to engage directly with contractors, understand their applications and act as a product expert.
• Strong collaboration skills with distributors, dealers and internal marketing teams.
• Comfort with budgeting, data‑driven business development and continuous learning.

Required skills

• CRM (experience using a customer‑relationship‑management system on a daily basis).
