Area Manager – West Coast

About the role

Wolford is seeking an experienced, results‑driven Area Manager to lead retail operations across the West Coast market. Based in the Beverly Center boutique, you will oversee multiple stores in Las Vegas and Southern California, driving sales performance, operational excellence, and exceptional client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and profitability across all assigned locations, analyzing KPIs and implementing action plans.
• Partner with Store Managers to execute strategies that exceed sales targets and improve conversion, average transaction value, and client retention.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high‑performing retail leaders; coach Store and Assistant Managers.
• Conduct regular store visits, performance reviews, and development discussions.
• Ensure visual merchandising, inventory management, loss prevention, and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor labor productivity, payroll, and operational costs.
• Champion luxury service standards and develop VIP customer engagement initiatives.
• Maintain a strong field presence through regular travel across the Las Vegas and Southern California market.
