About the role
Amer Sports is expanding its Salomon retail footprint in Los Angeles and Southern California. The Area Manager will lead the flagship Salomon store while supervising up to four or five additional Salomon locations within the Los Angeles epicenter.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the home Salomon store, ensuring day‑to‑day operational success.
- Oversee performance and standards of 4–5 nearby Salomon stores.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience across all managed locations.
- Maintain operational excellence in each store.
- Engage with the local community to promote the Salomon brand.
