Architectural Project Manager

About the role

The Architectural Project Manager will lead commercial, industrial, municipal and other design and permitting projects for Duplantis Design Group. Reporting to the Senior Architectural Project Manager, you will ensure client satisfaction while delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all phases of architectural projects from preliminary design through construction documentation and permitting.
• Coordinate daily project activities, manage construction contracts, and collaborate with consultants to resolve design conflicts.
• Gather architectural data through site measurements, occupant interviews and field observations.
• Develop project budgets, estimates and construction cost projections.
• Prepare design sketches, material selections, working drawings and permit sets for stamping and signature.
• Conduct site visits, monitor construction progress and communicate status to clients.

Required profile

• Experience managing architectural design, permitting and construction projects.
• Strong client coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while leveraging office resources.
• Familiarity with project development from concept to completion.
